This class has a mixture of core and cardiovascular specific exercises and is used during our “Fat-Burning” periodization phase. Research has proven that this class not only burns calories, strengthens your respiratory organs and abdominal muscles, but also helps your recovery from our other weekly classes.

This class is 60 minutes in length.
