Youth Summer Program

Get the kids active this summer with Body & Mind Athletics Youth Summer Program!

In this program, kids will learn primal movements (lunges, squats, etc.), learn proper lifting/resistance techniques, have their athleticism challenged, plus strengthen their core and cardiovascular system.

Our program runs through July and August.

Each class is 60 minutes in length.

Monday, Wednesday & Fridays
3:00pm - 4:00pm
