Classes

A well thought out and calculated fat burning class inclusive of upper/lower body movements, cardiovascular conditioning and intervals in between circuit stations.
Learn how to stabilize joints and control range of motion while exercising your CORE, MIND to MUSCLE connections and light cardiovascular conditioning.
This class has a mixture of core and cardiovascular specific exercises and is used during our “Fat-Burning” periodization phase.
Build, tone, tighten and gain knowledge on everything pertaining to lean muscle development.
Feel empowered as you learn the necessities of compound movements as you reach personal bests while safely completing both physically and mentally demanding movements.
Research has proven that this programming not only burns calories, strengthens your respiratory organs and abdominal muscles, but also helps your recovery from our other weekly classes.
German Body Composition is one of the most effective training principles for hypertrophy, strength and caloric expenditure. It involves lower and upper body compound lifts and is both physically and mentally demanding!
This class focuses on hip stability, glute muscle development/activation and core to combat pelvis, spine and lower extremity dysfunction. It also builds stronger, well defined GLUTES!

We have 4-5 different variations of every class and every 4 weeks we change up our programs just like you would experience in Personal Training. Depending on the phase of exercise, our personal training group classes will have a new focus and training principle every month!
