This class has a mixture of core and glute specific exercises. This programming is in place to strengthen your torso and spine, and specifically the lower back, hips and knees. Research and member feedback on results has proven that this class burns calories, strengthens your abdominal muscles, and bullet-proofs your lower back, hips and knees.

This class is 60 minutes in length.
